Q. Are there flights all year round?
A. Yes. There are frequent flights to Dalaman Airport from many UK regional airports throughout the summer season and this year will see the first winter flight schedule.

Q. What is the transfer time from the airport?
A.Since the completion of the Gocek tunnel the transfer time to the Fethiye region take approximately 50 minutes.
There are no mountains to pass to get to Sarigerme or Dalyan! They take 15 and 20 minutes to get to.

Q. Can I shop around?
A. Yes! We encourage you to use your time in Turkey to its full potential ensuring you have all the information you need to make your decision. After all.if you don't, how will you know how good we are!?

Q. Do I need a visa to visit Turkey?
A. Yes. A multiple entry visa is issued at the airport when you land. It costs £10 and last for 3 months.

Q. What is the buying process in Turkey?
A. Once a sale is agreed, we will ask you to sign a power of attorney so that we can take care of all necessary legalities on your behalf. We will do this at no additional cost for our own built properties.

Q. How do I pay for the property?
A. As we build for the UK market, Lycia Properties conduct business in pounds sterling.

Q. Will I have to provide any documents?
A. Yes. Your passport will be copied then translated into Turkish, and you will also need 4 recent passport size photographs.

Q. Can you look after my property for me when I'm not in Turkey?
A. Yes, we have a dedicated management team offering a range of management services throughout the year including property and garden maintenance, pool maintenance, cleaning and laundry services and winter watch etc.
