Comes from a general management and financial background. He is responsible for the co-ordination of all business activities and is involved in ensuring that clients are able to correctly manage their finances in relation to the purchase.

Beverley Nightingale

Director Lancashire Sales Office

Has spent much of her career in customer services. She and her team manage the interface with our clients throughout the buying process. She organises the viewing trips to Turkey and ensures that any queries or concerns that they might have are satisfactorily answered or resolved.

Nigel Clarke

Nigel is responsible for all our marketing materials and works with his design team to ensure that our properties are presented in as much detail as possible to ensure clients are able to make an informed choice.
Based in the UK Office.

Simon Woodcock

Co-ordinates all our exhibition activities and is instrumental in ensuring that our presentations are to the highest standards.

Hakan Cinar

Director Fethiye Head Office

Hakan was born in Fethiye and graduated in Geo Physical Engineering. After briefly working in the retail business owning jewellery shops in several tourism hotspots he released the demand for european style villas and apartments and started the construction business in 2000.
His role in the company is that of overseeing all departments and making the decisions for future developments. Although based in Turkey, Hakan travels back and forth to the UK to support the many exhibitions.

Katie Cinar

Director Fethiye Head Office

Katie Cinar graduated with BA honours in 1996 in Business Management. Although English, she has lived in Fethiye for the past 12 years and is married to Hakan. As Sales Director, Kate works closely with the UK office organizing exhibitions, advertising and generally ensuring information flows between continents.
Kate is very much involved in the everyday running of the business makeing sure that construction, contracts, and the provision of all services is done to the highest of British standards.
Kate is normally based in the Fethiye office but travels frequently to the UK.

Yasemin Ozturk

Director Fethiye Head Office

Yasemin Ozturk is the sister of Hakan. She was born in Fethiye in 1969 and graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1992. Based in our Fethiye office she is the accounts manager and deals with all paperwork in respect of power of attorney, building permissions, habitation certificates, annual taxes, deed transfers etc. Yasemin is also responsible for all sub-contractors and overseeing the electrical plans for all Lycia constructions.

Suphi Demiray

Architect Fethiye head Office

Suphi Demiray, a qualified architect, is a vital member of the team working exclusively for Lycia Properties.

He was born in 1973 in Germany. He has a degree from Akdeniz University Faculty of Civil Engineering and Anadolu University Faculty of Architecture. He has worked on varied projects such as construction of a large hotel in Bodrum, government projects, villas and apartments. He oversees the construction work and takes pride in following every step of the building work.

Sevki Cak

Construction Coordinator Fethiye Head Office

Sevki is also a family member with Hakan and Yasemin and has an important role as manager of Lycia’s regional office in Sarigerme. Dealing with both after-sales and new enquiries, Sevki is knowledgeable of all the daily goings-on in the area. In the construction months Sevki is construction co-ordinator and is on site most days to ensure positive work progress.

Sultan Demirici

Maintenance Co-ordinator Fethıye Head Office

Sultan has worked for the company since 2005 and is very popular with all our clients! Sultan speaks fluent English and is a professional translator. She plays a major role in Turkey running the after-sales side of the business. Dealing with everything from maintenance contracts, utility bills, advice on living in Turkey, organizing transfers and, off course, of any translating help that clients might need whilst in Turkey.

Lycia Properties employ over 35 staff during the summer season and over 150 in the winter (construction months) we also have our own construction team that has been together for the past 4 years.
