Our main area of concentration is Turkey's newest hot spot "Sarigerme". We are proud to be the first development company to be in the area and have villas and apartments (all with full sea view) completed ready for your inspection.

Other areas we offer are spots around Sarigerme; the villages of Guzelyurt, Mergenli, Gokbel and also the beautiful well known town of Dalyan.

Purchasing in any of the above areas we believe will be a very good investment due to the Pine Bay golf course which is currently being built in Sarigerme and the close proximity to Dalaman airport.
