Paul McEvoy is the P.G.A. Head Professional at Clitheroe Golf Club. He visited Turkey last month on one of our bespoke viewing trips. After seeing the Sarigerme area, and the potential investment opportunity, he decided to buy a villa on our Royal Links development with breathtaking views of the Hilton golf course (due for completion in 2010), and the sea.

The Mugla province of Turkey which includes the popular tourist resorts of Sarigerme, Fethiye, Marmaris, and Bodrum had over 2.5 million visitors in the first 9 months of this year.

1.3 million of these tourists arrived via Dalaman International Airport, which is increasing its number of flights year on year. This is great news for the area and even more visitors are expected in 2010.
